Ingredients you will need to make honey-almond granola:
3 cups (270g) old-fashioned oats
1 cup (150g) sliced almonds
1/2 cup (120ml) honey
1/4 cup (60ml) melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the oats, sliced almonds, honey, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
Spread the mixture out onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
Bake the granola in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until it is golden brown and crispy, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure even baking.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the granola cool completely.
Once cooled, break the granola into small clusters.
Store the honey-almond granola in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
Enjoy your homemade honey-almond granola as a healthy and delicious breakfast cereal, or use it as a topping for yogurt or smoothie bowls.
