Honey Lime Fruit Salad

Toss together chopped fruit like mango, kiwi, and strawberries with a dressing made of honey, lime juice, and mint for a refreshing and colorful salad

Ingredients you will need to make honey-lime fruit salad:

2 cups (300g) chopped fruit, such as mango, kiwi, strawberries, and blueberries

1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey

1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped fresh mint leaves

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the chopped fruit.

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and chopped mint leaves until well combined.

Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit and toss gently to combine, making sure all the fruit is coated in the dressing.

Cover the fruit salad with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serve the honey-lime fruit salad chilled, garnished with additional mint leaves if desired.

Note: You can customize this fruit salad by using your favorite combination of fruits. It's also a great way to use up any leftover fruit you have on hand.
